JAWS has supported reading links inside a list item including definition list item (like the one above) at least since version 12. I believe a couple of earlier versions also had support. It is unfortunate other screen readers do not read nearest preceding heading or paragraph/sentence text containing a link that has focus. As H77 to H81 are sufficient techniques, I believe the above should not be listed as a failure by F63.
